Our Privacy Policy has been updated and has an effective date of June 12, 2019

This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information collected by Entrepôt Secure Package Terminals LLC (doing business as “Entrepôt ”) through our website, terminals, applications and other online services that post or include a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the Entrepôt Platforms”). This Privacy Policy only covers information collected on the Entrepôt Platforms and does not cover any information collected at nay other web site, or elsewhere by Entrepôt (unless specifically stated).

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Entrepôt reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice and will notify you of material changes by posting the changed or modified Privacy Policy on the Entrepôt Platforms. We may also provide notice to you in other ways in our discretion, such as through contact information you have provided. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified and your continued use of the any of the Entrepôt Platforms after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy will constitute your consent to those changes. However, Entrepôt will not make material changes to how it treats previously collected Personal Information about you without providing notice and giving you the chance to consent (opt-in or opt-out). Note, however, that you may need to consent to our new policies in order to continue to use the Entrepôt Platforms and our services.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Information You Provide Us

We may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, which is information that identifies you as a specific identified individual, such as your name, phone number, or e-mail address (collectively, “Personal Information”), and other information about you, such as payment information, demographic information (for example, your gender, age or similar information). Usage information may include the hardware model, browser and operating system your are using, the URL or advertisement that referred you to the Entrepôt Platform you are visiting, all of the areas within the Entrepôt Platforms that your visit, your time zone, location information, and mobile network (if applicable), among other information. In addition, we automatically collect IP address or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”) for any computer, mobile phone or other devise you use to access our Entrepôt Platforms. In some cases, we may directly collect location information through your device. Usage information is generally non-identifying, but if Entrepôt associates it with you as a specific and identifiable person, Entrepôt treats it as Personal Information.

Cookies and Local Storage

Cookies and local storage are date files placed within a browser on a device when it is used to visit a Entreopt Platform. Certain web browsers and browser add-ons, such as Adobe Flash, may provide additional local data storage mechanisms. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to a Entrepôt Platform, to monitor how users navigate a Entrepôt Platform, to count how many e-mails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular links or videos were actually viewed.

In addition, we may use these and a variety of other technologies that collect Usage Information and similar information for security and fraud detection purposes and to enforce our intellectual property rights. This includes the use of digital rights management technology that is embedded into out Entrepôt Platforms content in order to prevent theft, unauthorized access to content, and to protect the intellectual property rights of Entrepôt and content owners.

Information Third Parties Provide About You and Social Media Interactions

Entrepôt may receive information about you from third paties, including business partners and data providers. You may also have the opportunity to interact with a third-party application or feature available through a Entrepôt Platform, such as features that allow you to log-in through, access, or otherwise connect your account on a third-party service (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Instagram). If you choose to utilize third-party services, we wil receive information about you from that third-party service (which may include Personal Information) and they may receive information about your use of the Entrepôt Platforms. Through these features, third parties may collect IP address or other Device Identifier, which page your are visiting on a Entrepôt Platform, and may set cookies to enable the third party feature to function properly. If you choose to post information to a third party platform, that information may be public.

We may combine the information we receive form those other sources with information we collect through the Entrepôt Platforms. In those cases, we will apply this Privacy Policy to the combined information. The information collected and stored by the third party is subject solely to the third party’s privacy practices.

OUR USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE ENTREPÔT PLATFORMS

CHILDREN

The Entrepôt Platforms are not intended for use by anyone younger that the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information form children younger that age 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a user who is younger that 13, we will delete the information form our active database.

COMMUNITY FORUMS

The Entrepôt Platforms may offer message boards and other public areas (Community Forums) where you can choose to interact with other and/or to post or submit content. Note that anything you choose to disclose in such a community forum is public. It may be viewed, collected and used by other and the protections of this Privacy Policy will not apply. Think carefully before post and use caution before disclosing any Personal Information. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes unless you consent (opt-in or opt-out) to such sharing. When Your Request That We Share Your Information

We may share information when you request that we do so. For example, you may be presented with an opportunity to receive information and/or marketing offers from one or more third parties. Entrepôt may share Personal Information with any of its subsidiaries and affiliates, primarily for business and operational purposes. Entrepôt reserves that right to disclose and transfer all information related to an Entrepôt Platform, including Personal Information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of a Entrepôt Platform or applicable database; or (iii) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, bankruptcy, the sale of certain of Entrepôt ’s ownership interests, assets, or both or other company change, including, without limitation, during the course of nay due diligence process.

Entrepôt works with networks advertisers, ad agencies and other advertising partners to serve Entrepôt ads online. We also use analytics providers to provide us with information regarding the use of the Entrepôt Platforms and the effectiveness of our advertisements. You may also see ads on the Entrepôt Platforms and those ads may be served by a third party. These third parties may set and access their own tracking technologies on your device (including cookies and web beacons), and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you, including Usage Information. Some of these parties may collect Personal Information over time when you visit the Entrepôt Platforms or other online websites and services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such has your contact information provided as part of registration. Certain Entrepôt Platforms allow you to correct or update certain Personal Information you have provided and to change your subscription plan or preferences regarding marketing information you receive from Entrepôt . Note that when you edit your Personal Information or change your preferences on a Entrepôt Platform, information that you remove may persist internally for Entrepôt ’s administrative purposes or with backup media. If you have made any public postings on a Entrepôt Platform, these communications cannot generally be removed.

Entrepôt offers you the following choices with regard to the information it collects through the Entrepôt Platforms:

It does mean that Entrepôt will no longer customize ads you see on Entrepôt Platforms based on your activities or profile information with Entrepôt . Pelase note that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your account or use of the Entrepôt Platforms or Entrepôt Services, such as administrative and services announcements. These transactions accounts messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt out from marketing –mails.

If you sign up to receive SMS or MMS messages from Entrepôt, you may unsubscribe from any SMS or MMS messages received by replying “STOP”.

With you consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device, and may in some cases do so based on your device’s physical proximity to a beacon. You can elect to stop receiving those messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits residents of California to request certain details about how their personal information has been shared during the calendar year with third parties for those third-parties’ own direct marketing purposes, unless the business permits California residents to opt in to, or opt out of, this type of sharing. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors, and partners that may use our logo(s) as part of a co-branding relationship. You may also be able to access the Entrepôt Platforms through third-party devices and platforms, websites, and apps, among others. The third-party operators and content providers may send their own cookies to your device, they may independently collect data or solicit Personal Information, and may or may not have their won published privacy policies. Entrepôt is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any third party.
